Alternator (function 27)

The engine-driven alternator and its regulator. It reports which stage of the charge cycle it is in, what it is producing, and how hard the engine is working for it; commands switch it on, off, into automatic mode, or into boost.

• state enum: off, on, fault, bulk, absorption, float, storage, equalize, assisting, lp.
• workingMode enum: off, on, generator.

Regex ^device/27/([[:digit:]]+)/command$. OFF/ON/Auto set the command; Alim/Boost set the mode. A flag set to false on ON/Auto reverts to off.
